“For the comfort and safety, we kindly ask that children only visit the salon if they have a scheduled appointment if not we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements before your appointment. we want to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone . We allow only the person receiving the service in the salon during the appointment. Thank You for understanding and for respect this policy!   

Book Online ( via website) You can book anytime, send email or send a message in the page  Contact us. We answer as soon we can.

To ensure we provide the best experience possible , all new clients are required to fill out our New Client Form prior to their appointment, this help us to get to know your hair history, goals, and preferences so we can determinate if you are right fit at the salon and we can tailor your service to your needs. please complete the form at least 48hr prior your schedule visit: New Client Form!

The visitor spaces at the front of the building is just 2 hours. If you service take less the 2 hours you can park at the  front of the building, if your service will take more the 2 hours you need to park at the side of the building or in the deck. Security is always monitoring the are. Thanks for understanding! 

Hourly rate, product need it will be include it and gratuity free. The consultation will help determinate the type of service you are looking for and clarify your desired goals.We will discuss how many appointments may be necessary to achieve those goals and estimate  the total hours required for our services.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’re looking forward to your upcoming appointment! If you find that you need to cancel, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. This way, we can accommodate other clients and avoid any fees. If a cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.

Late Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up! If you’re running a few minutes late, simply send me a text to keep me in the loop. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. In this case, please note that a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged to the card on file as a deposit. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

In preparation for upcoming appointments, please be aware that if there are any no-call, no-show situations, we will charge 100% of the service to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!
